Jill Moore

Jill Moore is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in special events, project management, strategic planning, business development, and fundraising.

Prior to her current engagements, she held various roles including heading up the private use rental department at the Musical Instrument Museum and leading project management for MIMFest, an international music festival.

With a background at Disney Toys, Jill facilitated product brainstorms with prominent licensees and worked in special events planning and fundraising at the San Gabriel Valley Medical Center.

She is the founder of Porchlight Music Theatre in Chicago and has a strong focus on relationship-building, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Jill holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Arizona and has received training in Six Sigma and Non-Profit Management.

Her diverse professional experience includes roles such as Transformational Coach, Human Resources Consultant, Administrative Specialist, Founder and CEO, and Events Manager at various organizations.

Her motto is to prioritize 'WHAT before HOW' to drive creative thinking and propel organizational success.
