Jill M. Manning is a partner at Pearson Warshaw, LLP, based in San Francisco, California. She has over twenty years of experience in complex and class action litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust, unfair competition, and consumer protection cases.12 Throughout her career, she has successfully represented plaintiffs in significant cases under federal and state antitrust and consumer protection laws, achieving recoveries exceeding $1.5 billion.12
Manning's legal expertise is evident in her role as Co-Counsel for direct purchaser plaintiffs in the Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litigation and her work on the Fresh and Process Potatoes Antitrust Litigation, which led to substantial settlements.2 She has also held leadership positions in consumer protection cases and served as Co-Lead Counsel in Grace v.
