As an Angel Associate & Marketing Associate, I work in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across Oregon, the Pacific Northwest, and the broader TiE Community, while marketing the TiE Oregon initiative to assist in the growth and exposure of early-stage entrepreneurs.

Duties:
-Host screening and investor meetings, managing the due diligence process, and supporting founders with investor presentations.
-Maintain records of current investment trends and manage the deal flow pipeline. 
-Oversee the Pitch Oregon application process, from finalist selection to post-event follow-up with winners, ensuring seamless coordination and engagement with investors and organizations.
-Communicate and promote TiE Oregon and its partners within the community

Jill joined TiE Oregon initially supporting the youth TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) program. Core responsibilities were to grow the mentor database, market the program to the community and guide/engage the student leadership team in marketing efforts. The contract evolved into marketing support for the entire TiE Oregon organization in late 2023.

A core, integral part of the creative team that relays client strategy, design and copy to both internal and external teams--from first contact to project delivery. 

A Jute Project Manager is essential in helping clients succeed by anticipating their short and long-term needs and providing outstanding service. This service and professionalism is also applied to the freelance collective network Jute values and sources the subject matter expert design and copywriting from.

Senior Project Manager

A GuideSpark Producer works directly with managers and other important stakeholders in Human Resources departments of various Fortune 500 companies. Together, we create on-brand videos and other collateral to communicate such programs like Open Enrollment, ESPPs, 401(k)s and other critical and sometimes confusing benefits offered to employees—ultimately showing corporations their ROI and critical data of their multiple benefit programs and offerings.

A Producer also internally partners with business development and sales in identifying potential legacy customers in their transition to the GuideSpark Communicate Cloud (SaaS). These customers then work with the GuideSpark Producer and Communications team in marketing their Total Rewards programs to employees, communicating effectively based off of data captured within the GuideSpark software.

A Project Manager is highly operational at GuideSpark and works closely with internal creative teams of motion graphic designers, graphic designers and writers by scoping work, measuring demand up to their resource availability and ensuring the hard deadlines with customers are met.

Utilizing Workfront in order to manage over 100 project timelines and balance daily workloads of the team resources, the PM needs to implement workflows into the Workfront software to keep process standardized, tracked and running smoothly.

Responsible for collaborating with Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers to provide support in executing creative strategies. Graphic and typographical support production for print and eCommerce, including preliminary design of mailers, inserts, catalogs, and related print work.

Jill joined the BrandJuice team when they acquired FreeBird Digital in the summer of 2012. Holding the same role in the transition, Jill managed the day-to-day client and account management tasks for the creative department. Collaborating with the BrandJuice Denver team in their brand strategy and innovation projects, the Portland office focuses on brand building through digital storytelling, video and other digital marketing efforts.
