She studied English at the University of Nevada-Reno and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University.
Throughout her career, Jill has held various leadership positions at prominent companies such as R&R Partners, DTP, Eastridge Workforce Solutions, and Adecco. At R&R Partners, she served as the Vice President of People & Culture before being promoted to Senior Vice President of People + Culture + Foundation.
Jill is passionate about creating unforgettable employee experiences and aligning culture with business strategy.
