Jill Chiara

Jill Chiara is a global business leader with a strong background in business development, customer success, and product management.

She has a deep understanding of launching and growing products, managing sales, service, and operations teams, and a track record of increasing top-line revenue while focusing on profitability.

Jill's areas of expertise include new business and enrichment sales, client relationship management, team leadership, P&L management, strategic planning, new product development, and partnership management.

She studied BA in International Management at Simmons College and completed Executive Management Training in the Marketing Leadership Program at Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business.

Jill Chiara currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at MetaCX and has held various leadership positions at renowned organizations such as Drift, Brandwatch (formerly Crimson Hexagon), and Forrester.
