Client Services Specialist

•	Responsible for the preparation of marketing materials (including flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans, and maps)
•	Work closely with brokers to prepare proposals and strategies for presentations, as well as working closely with Market Research to pull together market information for clients
•	Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals
•	Coordinate and/or create and design marketing materials including presentation packages, interactive brochures, flyers, email marketing pieces, and custom interior and exterior signage, maps/aerials, etc. (InDesign, PowerPoint)
•	Coordinate with vendors to secure building photographs, aerials, floor plans, site plans and any additional information needed to successfully market the listings
•	Create and track a marketing budget, control book, and leasing commission invoices for each individual listing or assignment
•	Conduct Tenant tours
•	Work with publishing department to print and bind pitch or tour packages within an expedited timeframe
•	Update web based marketing sites to ensure accuracy of availabilities 
•	Distribute marketing materials through direct marketing
•	Assist in business development by coordinating client events
•	Review and analyze lease/sale documents, prepare financial analysis spreadsheets
•	Implement and track marketing plans and budgets, including timelines, marketing collateral and PR
•	Provide creative guidance and thorough review of all marketing materials prior to distribution
•	Create tour books and market surveys using CoStar and Adobe InDesign
•	Populate and maintain contact databases (CRMs) and other databases
