Throughout her career, Jill has held key positions in reputable organizations, including General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Oyster Point Pharma, Inc., where she currently serves.

Prior to her current role, Jill Andersen was Vice President at Celgene Corporation / Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing the legal aspects of the Inflammation & Immunology Franchise, U.S. Market Access, and Contracts.

Her extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Novartis Services, Inc., Novartis Consumer Health, Inc., and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, where she contributed significantly to legal and intellectual property matters.

Jill's early career includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division at the United States Attorney's Office, District of NJ, and gaining experience in litigation as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
