Jianping Ren is an experienced leader in the field of talent management and leadership development. With a background spanning various industries such as chemical, agribusiness, training, and talent management consulting, he has developed a suite of skills that include general management, business development, sales, marketing, financial controlling and leadership development.

Currently, Jianping is focusing on talent management and leadership development in China, working with top companies in the region to lead his team in providing support for various talent management and HR consulting and assessment projects. Using world-class assessment tools and state-of-the-art knowledge and best practices, Jianping and his team help companies with competency modeling, strategic selection, succession planning, and leadership development.

Jianping's expertise also includes creating the 3P(TM) model, which guides leadership/competency assessments for leaders and managers. The model assesses an individual's potential, proficiency, and performance by combining tools such as AC/DC, competency-based personality surveys, and 360 reviews. Jianping has also developed the SIAC Leadership Simulator Training System - a next-generation tool for leadership and competency development offered to organizations.

Jianping's professional journey started with his studies in Nankai University, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management. He later pursued an MBA in General Management at INSEAD. After university, Jianping took various roles at Cargill/Cerestar, Oxford English, 液空, and 比欧西气体 before founding 海问联合 (Haiwen United), where he serves as the Chairman and CEO.
