He has a strong background in incubation and co-working spaces, collaborating with institutional partners, mentors, and makers in the startup ecosystem.

As a seasoned individual in the startup arena, Jia Shing has mentored hundreds of youths, assisting them in developing sustainable business models. He has a track record of guiding young entrepreneurs to obtain grants and accolades for their ventures.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jia Shing is a youthful individual at heart, finding joy in family time with his spouse and two dogs, engaging in cultural and culinary experiences with his nieces and nephews, and pursuing hobbies like reading, cooking, and traveling to broaden his perspective on life.

With a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Cloud State University, Minnesota, USA, Jia Shing has held key positions such as Manager at Pollinate, CTO & Acting COO at Singapore Edutainment Associates Pte Ltd, Chief Innovation Officer and Co-founder at ScheMatics Pte Ltd, among others. He recently concluded a term with a preschool startup, where he introduced edutainment and edutech concepts to drive future revenue growth.
