He holds a Bachelor of Music degree with a major in Piano from the prestigious University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music.

Currently, Jhovel works as a Music Teacher at Gems School, where he imparts his knowledge and passion for music to students.

Prior to his teaching role, he served as a Film Music Composer, showcasing his talent and creativity as a freelance musician and composer.
