Jhett Angustia

Jhett Angustia is a skilled professional with diverse experience across various roles in human resources and administration. With an AB in Psychology from De La Salle University and a high school degree from St. Paul College of Pasig, Jhett has a strong foundation in the principles of understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics.

Currently, Jhett serves as the Sr. HR Manager at Nexus Technologies, where he oversees areas such as compensation and benefits, employee engagement, recruitment, and people development. Jhett previously worked at the firm in several other positions – HR Manager, HR Asst. Manager, and HR Officer, demonstrating his dedication and expertise in building and strengthening the organization’s HR function.

Before Nexus Technologies, Jhett had a stint as an Administrative Assistant and Admin. Officer at Northlander Phils. Trading Corporation, where he gained valuable exposure to administrative functions such as documentation, billing, and procurement. He also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Corporate Executive Search, Inc., where he honed his skills in identifying and selecting top talent for various clients.
