With a background encompassing both in-house and agency roles, Jewel has an extensive track record of guiding and developing impactful initiatives for a diverse array of organizations, including corporations, trade associations, non-profits, and public health agencies.
At Real Chemistry, a prominent healthcare marketing, communications, and innovation firm, Jewel holds the prestigious role of Health Equity & Justice Practice Leader. In this capacity, she leads a team of skilled health equity professionals and spearheads the development of the company's health equity engagement model, playing a pivotal role in enhancing health outcomes for marginalized communities and propelling equitable health innovation.
Apart from her professional endeavors, Jewel actively contributes to the community by serving on the African American Outreach Task Force for the Washington Regional Transplant Community (WRTC) and holding a position on the board of the historic Metropolitan A.M.E.
