With a BA in Gender Studies from Skidmore College and an MPH with a focus on Maternal and Child Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, she has demonstrated expertise in policy, philanthropy, and public health. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership positions, including Director of Chicago African-Americans in Philanthropy, Director & DEI Specialist at Arabella Advisors, and Founder + CEO of Bold Ventures. Dudley serves with patience, creativity, and unwavering resolve to support organizations and individuals committed to equity in their work.
