Jessie Tan studied Predictive Index Certification and Human Profiling at Praendex Europe SA, Negotiation Techniques, Project Management, Leadership at Maersk Procurement, and earned a Bachelor of Management (Honors) in Finance and Economics from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Additionally, Jessie also completed studies at Maersk International Shipping Education (M.I.S.E.).

With a rich organizational history, Jessie Tan has worked as a Trader at Argentrade International B.V. and held several roles at Maersk Line including Container Sales Manager, Rail Product Developer, Documentation Support & Project Coordinator, Equipment Planner at Port of Tanjong Pelepas, and as a Management Trainee at Maersk Line. Furthermore, Jessie also served as a Supply Chain Planner at Maersk Logistics.
