Jessie Jones

Jessie Jones is a seasoned HR professional with ten years of experience in various HR disciplines, from recruitment to learning & development. She is renowned for her expertise in HR systems and a passion for delivering excellence for clients. Jessie is currently serving as the HR Systems Leader (Global) at Golder, where she had worked for years in different roles. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Lethbridge and a Business Administration degree in Marketing Management from Mount Royal College, along with an Extension Certificate in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design from Mount Royal University.

At Golder, Jessie worked as a Global HCM Implementation Specialist, where she leveraged her knowledge of HR systems to great effect. In her capacity as a Learning and Development Specialist, she developed training programs that helped employees grow their skill set. Previously, Jessie served as a Human Development Generalist and a Recruitment Systems Coordinator at Golder.
