Jessie Ferguson is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in education law. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College before pursuing a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law. After graduating, she worked as a Head Start preschool teacher with Teach for America before joining the legal profession. Jessie has worked in various organizations as Legal Counsel, Associate, Law Clerk, and Director. She previously served as Legal Counsel at Success Academy Charter Schools, as General Counsel and Director of Special Projects at Zeta Charter Schools, and as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. She also served as a summer intern at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and as a Law Clerk at National Center for Youth Law. Additionally, Jessie has volunteered her time as a Legal Intern with Advocates for Children of New York.
