Jessica Mullen

Jessica Werth-Mullen is a professional with a diverse background in psychology, performance management, and office management. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Psychology and a Certification in Performance Management. Jessica has experience working for the Department of Juvenile Justice, Bureau of Staff development and Training, coordinating and assisting instructional designers. She later transitioned into the medical field, serving as an Office Manager at an ophthalmologist's office in Durham, NC. Currently, Jessica holds the position of Marketing & Training Coordinator at Barrett Values Centre, a global organization focusing on measuring values, culture, and consciousness to help leaders and teams achieve success and happiness. In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, crafting, sewing, baking, and spending time with her husband and dog, Gracie, in Raleigh, NC.
