Jessica Watson

Jessica Watson is a highly accomplished consultant who holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. With years of relevant experience under her belt, Jessica has worked for Egon Zehnder and spent time serving as the Director of Mexico and Central America, as well as the Associate Director of the Southern Cone Region, at Ashoka. She also worked at the Monitor Group in various positions, including Associate Partner, Co-Head of High-Performance Bureaucracy, and Federal Strategy consultant.

Throughout her career, Jessica has established herself as an expert on the inner workings of bureaucracy and how to improve its performance. Her deep knowledge in policy analysis, team management, and organizational design has enabled her to help clients attain their desired outcomes.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Jessica studied at Madeira before going on to work in the field of consulting. Her diverse background has contributed greatly to her success in her career.
