With a background in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, Management, and an Executive MBA, Jessica is well-equipped to tackle the challenges posed by the rapid advancements in Machine Learning. Jessica has held key leadership roles in various organizations, including Allianz Direct, Quintes Verzekeren en Risicobeheer, International Bike Group B.V., Knab, Aegon, and ING, where she managed areas like Lean Agile practices, Aftersales, Big Data Cell & Information Management, and Recovery & Collections.
