Jessica Stephens is a Workamajig black belt who specializes in operational efficiency and profitability. Her role in the agency revolves around imparting best practices to increase the work processes' efficiency and profitability. Jessica is passionate about animal welfare and regularly volunteers by being a Guide Dogs for the Blind docent, supporting the Morris Animal Foundation through the Enzo Memorial Fundraiser, and participating in various animal advocacy organizations.

Before establishing herself as an agency professional, Jessica worked as a strategic business-oriented owner/manager supporting innovative bank and credit union marketing campaigns. This included effective brand positioning, comprehensive marketing and word-of-mouth marketing strategies, website design, and development. Jessica also served as a director of training at Creative Performance Inc. She was previously an Operations Director at Creative Brand Communications, Development and Membership at Portland Art Museum, and held the position of Development and Marketing at Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation.

Jessica holds a degree in BA with Honors in Art History from the University of Oregon. Utilizing her marketing, communication, and nonprofit expertise, Jessica consistently helps her clients to become more efficient and profitable.
