Jessica Scorpio is a passionate individual dedicated to environmental sustainability and social equity, known for her role as the Founder of Getaround and her work as a Former Political Aide. She has been recognized on prestigious lists such as @Inc and @Forbes 30 Under 30. Jessica is deeply involved in various organizations and has a diverse educational background.

She pursued Graduate Studies in Program Policy, Law, and Ethics with a focus on Energy and Ecological Systems at Singularity University. Prior to this, Jessica completed an Honors Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Business and a concentration in International Relations at Carleton University.

Jessica Scorpio is affiliated with multiple organizations, including serving as a Founding Board Member at Getaround, where she also held the position of Founder and Chief Marketing Officer. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Parliamentary Secretary Assistant at Cida, Marketing Director at Gazaro, and Communications Specialist at Conservative Resource Group, among other roles.

Her professional journey includes diverse experiences such as being a Learning and Development Consultant at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, a Policy Analyst at Canada Revenue Agency, and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ideal. Additionally, Jessica has worked as a Technical Business English Teacher, a Product Marketer, a Teaching Assistant, and a Translating Consultant in various organizations.
