Jessica Rudolph
Jessica Rudolph is a service designer with a strong background in design research, workshop facilitation, and user testing. With a degree in Social Sciences from DePaul University, Rudolph has specialized in human-centered design methodologies, program design, and stakeholder management throughout her career.
Before joining Fjord, where she currently works, Rudolph held positions as a Design Operations and Business Development Manager at Accenture Interactive's Acquity Group, a Design Production Manager at Springload, and a Design Research and Production Manager at Fjord. She has also worked as an Employee Engagement Consultant at TalentShop and Fundraising Manager at the Sid Feldman Legacy Fund.
Rudolph loves observing, learning, and telling stories to connect the dots and improve experiences. Her areas of expertise include strategic design, design operations, journey mapping, future-state ideation, and mentoring. Outside of work, Rudolph enjoys cooking, learning about sustainability, and fostering kittens.
