Jessica Richter

Jessica Richter is the Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Consulting Services leader at Veranex, a global medical device service provider. In her role, she oversees various aspects of the organization, including client communications, business development, resource planning, project operations, and accounting. She is instrumental in establishing policies that foster a diverse culture and align with the strategic vision of Veranex.13
Richter has extensive experience in the medical device and diagnostics sectors, particularly in areas such as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), surgical innovation, oncology, aesthetics, and gastroenterology technologies. Before joining Veranex, she led commercialization teams at Medtronic, where she managed significant projects involving strategic sales planning and collaboration with patient advocacy groups.123
In addition to her executive responsibilities, Richter serves on the board of directors for MedtechWomen and UCLA's Technology Development Group. She is also an advisor for various startups and educational programs, including the Mayo Clinic’s Executive Steering Committee for the Surgical Innovation Summit and UCLA Biodesign.13 She holds a BA in Communications and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.1
