Jessica Rayne

Meet Jessica Rayne, a skilled program developer, event producer, brand strategist, and researcher with extensive experience across various sectors including education, non-profit, government, startups, and small businesses. With a passion for empowering and educating others, Jessica has made a career out of curating high-value programs, events, and experiences that drive personal growth and social change.

Jessica holds a Master's degree in Sociology and a diploma in Business Management and Marketing, both earned at York University and Humber College, respectively. Prior to founding the community Evolving Doors, which supports and empowers self-identifying diverse women entrepreneurs, Jessica served as a Student Success & Engagement Advisor at Humber College and as a Community Relations Coordinator for the Pre-Apprenticeship Training Institute. In addition, she has held research and analytical positions at York University and Publicis Health.

At Evolving Doors, Jessica honed her skills in community building, knowledge transfer, and event curation, all of which she leverages in her current work. She has worked with educators, students, community partners, and entrepreneurial souls in both higher education and business sectors to create high-quality programs and experiences that educate, empower, and change the world.
