Jessica Otero is a highly organized and energetic HR/Talent development leader with over 8 years of experience in the business environment.

She has a strong passion for public service and is skilled in learning and talent development strategy, event management, impact measurement & evaluation, change management, program management, content creation, PowerPoint, Excel, and training facilitation.

Jessica holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Temple University.
