Jessica Nguyen has over 11 years of experience at Engie, with a background in project management, gas portfolio management, and large-scale collaborative transformation projects. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Engie Global Energy Management, she plays a pivotal role in supporting and advising the CEO, facilitating decision-making processes, and acting as a liaison for stakeholders to ensure optimal conditions for the Executive Committee and Business Unit to meet expectations. Jessica is known for her inclusive, caring nature and drive for innovation, emphasizing the importance of authentic relationships for success. Since 2015, she has been exploring collective intelligence and human-centered innovation.

Jessica's educational background includes studying PCSI/PC* at Lycée Louis Le Grand and pursuing Génie des Procédés et Environnement at Ecole nationale supérieure de Techniques avancées.

Throughout her career, Jessica has held various roles at Engie Global Energy Management, starting as a Gas Optimizer before transitioning to Senior Gas Optimizer and then Strategy Analyst. Prior to Engie, she worked at GDF SUEZ in roles like Gas Optimizer, Service Delivery Manager, and Industrial Risks Consultant at Bureau Veritas. Passionate about education, Jessica follows a philosophy of non-violent communication and constructive feedback in her daily interactions, striving to embody her beliefs consistently.
