Jessica McGlyn

Jessica McGlyn is a certified Sustainability Associate with over 20 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, operations, supply chain, and policy.

She is the founder and president of Catalynics, a mission-driven consultancy that assists corporations and NGOs in developing smart strategies, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and conservation.

Jessica offers leadership coaching for sustainability, environmental, and social impact professionals and organizations, utilizing design thinking and coaching approaches to help teams achieve their goals more efficiently and with greater impact.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in History from Messiah College, as well as a Master of Forest Science in Ecology from Yale University.

Jessica has held various roles including Corporate Engagement Lead at Science Based Targets Network, Corporate Engagement Consultant at Accountability Framework Initiative, and Interim Director Corporate Engagement at Science Based Targets Network.

She also has prior experience as Director at World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD)-US, Inc., Senior Manager of Government Affairs at World Wildlife Fund, Senior Program Officer at World Wildlife Fund, Manager Forest Policy at International Paper, and Wildlife Biologist & Environmental Manager at Champion International.
