Jessica LeGrue

Jessica LeGrue has been involved in the restaurant industry for over two decades, with a diverse background encompassing both kitchen and sales/purchasing roles.

She holds a Culinary Arts/Chef Training education from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Humboldt State University.

Her work history includes positions such as Warehouse Manager at Craft San Diego, Buyer/Inventory Control Coordinator at Sheehan Family Companies, Marketing Associate/Outside Sales at Sysco, Account Manager at Nicky USA, Purchaser at Nicky USA, Line Cook at bluehour, and Line Cook at HENRY'S GREAT ALASKAN RESTAURANT, INC.

Jessica has accumulated close to ten years of experience in sales and purchasing of meat and poultry.

Recently, she has made the move to San Diego, where she continues to explore her passion for the culinary world.
