Jessica Kikuchi

Jessica Kikuchi is an accomplished and experienced nonprofit management professional and currently serves as the Executive Director of Development at Pardee RAND Graduate School at RAND Corporation. She is a graduate of California State University-Northridge, where she earned her Master of Public Administration degree, with a focus on nonprofit management. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies from University of California, San Diego.

Throughout her career, Kikuchi has held various development positions, including Senior Director of Development, Director of Development, and Assistant Director of Annual & Special Gifts at UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science. Additionally, she has worked as a Development Officer and Development Associate at the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center, where she also served as a Program Associate.

Kikuchi's expertise lies in nonprofit management and fundraising, with a particular focus on education and cultural organizations. She is driven to create meaningful change through her work and is committed to making a positive impact in her community.
