Jessica Jerney

Jessica Jerney is an experienced leader known for her strong analytical, management, and facilitation skills, with a focus on MEL (monitoring, evaluation, and learning) and CQI (continuous quality improvement). Her work involves engaging with various stakeholders and topics, using organizational and individual capacity building, community engagement, participatory techniques, technical assistance and training, and adult learning approaches. She is deeply committed to social justice and driving system change.

Jessica holds a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation, a Master of Education in Youth Development Leadership/Evaluation, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Throughout her career, Jessica has held key positions such as Senior Evaluator at Ramsey County, Performance Evaluator at the Office to End Homelessness in Hennepin County, Evaluation and Research Coordinator at MNCASA, Howland Project Manager at the University of Minnesota Extension Center for Youth Development, Program Coordinator at University of Minnesota Extension-Urban Youth Development Office, and various other roles focusing on evaluation, program management, and community engagement.
