Jessica Heer is a seasoned economic development professional with multiple years of experience in championing the Dallas Region's business interests. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Midwestern State University and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of North Texas, she has held several leadership positions at the Dallas Regional Chamber - one of the largest business advocacy and economic development organizations in North Texas. Jessica currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Attraction & Leadership at the Chamber, where she spearheads the Say Yes to Dallas initiative - a compelling marketing campaign geared towards attracting top talent to the region.
Before her current role, Jessica held several other positions within the Dallas Regional Chamber. She served as the Managing Director, Economic Development and Director, Economic Development, where she led critical initiatives aimed at retaining and expanding local businesses. Additionally, she previously served as the Chamber's Director of Research and the Research Analyst at the North Central Texas Council of Governments.
Jessica's extensive experience in economic development, talent attraction and leadership makes her an asset to the Dallas Regional Chamber. She is a results-driven professional with a keen eye for identifying and exploiting business opportunities. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and spending quality time with her family.
