Jessica Espinoza is a global leader in gender lens investing and inclusive innovation, with a track record of originating, structuring, and executing deals in emerging and frontier markets. She holds a double degree from ESB Business School and Dublin City University, and is a PhD candidate at the University of Siegen. Jessica serves as CEO of the 2X Collaborative, a leading industry group for gender lens investing, and chairs the 2X Challenge, an initiative that has raised over $11 billion in gender lens investments since its launch at the G7 Summit in 2018. Jessica is also the founder of XOCO, an inclusive edtech venture, and serves on the board of AlphaMundi Foundation and several private equity funds. She has been recognized as a fellow of the Columbia eLab and a Digital Female Leader by Global Digital Women.
