Jessica Dodge

Jessica Dodge is a professional with extensive experience in economic development, innovation, and entrepreneurship support. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Entrepreneurial Edge and a Managing Consultant at CTNext, State of Connecticut.1 Previously, she held the position of Director of Operations and Programs for CTNext at Connecticut Innovations from August 2019 to January 2022.1

Throughout her career, Jessica has focused on creating thriving ecosystems for early-stage entrepreneurs and fostering innovation. Her roles have included:

1. Director of Momentum for Business Owners at Connecticut Wealth Management, LLC (August 2022 - March 2024)1
2. Managing Director at CTNext (January 2022 - July 2022)1
3. Program Manager at CTNext (December 2016 - August 2019)1

Jessica is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA)3, demonstrating her expertise in supporting business owners through various stages of their entrepreneurial journey. Her work involves collaborating with both public and private sector stakeholders to drive impactful change and cultivate a supportive environment for budding ventures.1

In her role at CTNext, Jessica managed multiple programs designed to support Connecticut entrepreneurs, including the Entrepreneur Innovation Awards, Growth Company Grants, and Technology Talent Bridge Internship.12
