Jessica Curtis is an eighteen-year Real Estate Executive with a focus on Lifestyle, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage real estate, serving as the Leader of CBRE's U.S. Restaurant Practice specializing in Emerging Brands.

She has a keen eye for retail, dining, and hospitality trends, often traveling across the United States to stay updated, build connections, and scout innovative concepts.

Jessica has played a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of various restaurant companies, notably securing numerous locations for Barteca Restaurants and continuing to lead their real estate efforts post its acquisition by L Catterton.

In 2018, she established the first female-oriented scholarship through the International Council of Shopping Centers to honor her mentor, Sheldon M. Gordon, aiming to inspire more women to join the industry.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Jessica resides in Wilton, CT, with her husband and children, enjoying hobbies like entertaining, shopping at farmers markets, ballet, piano, and spending leisure time in the Adirondacks and Catskills of Upstate NY.
