Jessica Cabral

Jessica Cabral is a talent enthusiast and former educator with a passion for unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. With a Bachelor of Arts in English from Princeton University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, Cabral combines her academic background with years of experience in talent and leadership development, performance management, project management, group facilitation, team effectiveness, and data-informed practices. She has held various roles at Teach For America, including Director of Programs and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development, and has also worked as a Senior Associate and Engagement Lead at Arbor Brothers. Cabral's most recent role was at Lyft, where she served as a Learning and Development Business Partner and Program Manager. Currently, she works as a Learning Partner at Stripe, continuing her mission to develop individuals and teams' full potential.
