Jessica Barnett

Jessica Barnett is an accomplished entrepreneur, product manager, UX lead, researcher, and strategist with almost 15 years of experience in building and managing teams and businesses. Over the years, she has launched several small startups and guided various teams to successful product launches and integrations across web and mobile applications. Jessica is deeply passionate about team building, collaboration, and efficiency. Her proven team leading experience is across diverse technical and non-technical teams.

One area that sets Jessica apart is her obsession with improving processes, collaboration, and efficiency. She helps teams understand their customers through powerful yet lightweight and actionable CX and UX research and processes. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from Baruch College, an Entrepreneurship degree from the University of South Florida, and an Associate's Degree in Business from St. Petersburg College. Additionally, she also studied Honors Diploma in Theater at St. Lucie West Centennial High School.

Her wealth of experience spans across multiple organizations, including lead innovation specialist at RIDG, product manager at about.com, senior product manager at Trello, panel liaison at SXSW, and cofounder at Kngroo. She is also a former First Round Judge at the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
