Jessica Bailey is a highly respected businesswoman in the commercial real estate finance sector, with two decades of experience in leadership roles across non-profit, public, and private organizations. She is the current President and CEO of Nuveen Green Capital, a leading provider of sustainable commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining Nuveen, she co-founded the largest provider of commercial PACE financing in the country, Greenworks Lending. Ms. Bailey was instrumental in developing state-enabled policies for C-PACE financing, which has since become a mainstream financing tool for clean energy upgrades in commercial real estate and sustainable new construction. Her visionary leadership and adeptness in converting policy into practice have set her apart from her peers. Ms. Bailey has a Master's degree in International Relations from Yale and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Notre Dame.
