Jesse Wilson

Jesse Wilson is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in compliance and regulatory risk within the insurance industry. He has a thorough understanding of the legal and operational complexities and specializes in risk identification and mitigation. Jesse obtained his JD in Law from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and his BS in Finance from Butler University.

Jesse's experience includes working as a Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel in Compliance at CNO Financial Group, where he was responsible for resolving complex regulatory compliance issues through legal analysis and negotiation of regulatory settlement agreements. Jesse also worked as a Director/Sr. Director of Operations Risk Management at CNO Financial Group, where he focused on reducing legal and regulatory compliance risks through process improvement and detailed analytics.

Jesse has strong leadership and communication skills that are strategically focused to drive long-term business objectives and reduce regulatory risk. He is currently a member at Frost Brown Todd where he applies his diverse skill set to provide sound legal counsel and drive business objectives. Prior to this, he worked as a Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Transaction Expeditors LLC, where he continued to demonstrate his remarkable expertise in risk management.
