I joined Docker in the fall of 2022 to lead product marketing under Tim Anglade the CMO. I was immediately tasked with rebuilding the product marketing org. During my time at Docker, I built the PMM team from 2 to 14 team members, and implemented multiple best practices including: using PRFAQs to plan launches, creating naming processes, structuring sales enablement processes, and templatizing product marketing assets. While I was at Docker, my team supported the creation of updated corporate messaging and positioning, launched Docker Scout (Docker's secure software supply chain tool), established an open source center of excellence, and scaled revenue from $75M to $150M ARR.

While leading Dev Tools Product Marketing, my focus was on AWS IDEs, IDE Toolkits, CI/CD tools, CDK, and SDKs. During my time in DevTools, I led the creation of our messaging and positioning for GitOps, DevOps, and IaC, led product launches for multiple services, crafted product messaging for Werner's reInvent keynote, led the global modernization campaign, and the creation of sales training and enablement resources for the DevTools category.

Red Hat Developer is a growing community of over 1.7 million independent software developers, who trust Red Hat to provide solutions to the problems they face every day. I led the lifecycle marketing efforts, which included growth marketing activities and product marketing for our developer tools portfolio. While at Red Hat, I grew community acquisition to over 20,000 new registrations per month, built out a best-in-class developer portal, hosted multiple global events, increased developer engagement and product usage by over 100% year-over-year, and led our day 1-100 developer messaging post IBM acquisition.
