Lead Front End Engineer

In 2017, I designed, coded from scratch, and launched a full new website for Adaptiva while rebranding the company in the process. In the first month, the new website increased page views per session and session duration by well over 25% each, and increased lead gen on the site by 106%.

Day to day, I oversee all visual communications for Adaptiva. Some of my responsibilities include:

- Managing and leading design team, inciting collaboration, and fostering individual growth
- Illustrating, designing, and photographing graphic assets for digital and print use
- Designing interfaces, diagrams, illustrations and more for highly technical content
- UI/UX design and prototyping for various web-based interfaces
- Front-end web development: HTML5, CSS3, LESS, SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Infographic conceptualization, design, illustration, and copywriting
- Video production and motion graphics for video content
- Creating, upholding, and enforcing brand standards
- Significant contributions to marketing and copywriting efforts
- Conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the production of trade show booths
- Coding, designing, and writing email campaigns
- Social media management, copywriting, content creation, and design
