With a background in counseling, behavioral science, storytelling, and extensive DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) experience, Jesse brings a strategic approach to shaping inclusive workplaces, higher education institutions, and K12 schools.

Having served in key roles at reputable organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, EVERFI, EAB, and Advisory Board, Jesse has a proven track record in architecting the role of the DEI Strategist and leading initiatives that encompass talent management, CSR, employee engagement, and product development.

Jesse's educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling/Counseling from Ohio University.

Throughout a career marked by roles such as Deputy Director of Global DEI Learning and Development, Senior Vice President of DEI, and Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Jesse focuses on theory, skill building, social-emotional learning, and mindfulness to drive transformative change in individuals and organizations.
