Jesse Panuccio is a partner at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where he specializes in complex litigation and regulatory issues. He previously served as the Acting Associate Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, overseeing significant civil and criminal litigation across various divisions, including Antitrust and Civil Rights. His experience includes representing both the government and private clients in high-stakes legal matters, as well as advising top officials in the federal government, including the Attorney General and White House staff.134
Before his tenure at the DOJ, Panuccio was the secretary of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and served as general counsel to then-Governor Rick Scott. He maintains a dual focus in his practice, operating from both Washington D.C. and Florida, where he engages in federal litigation and crisis management, as well as state regulatory matters.12
