    Jesse Orndorff is a seasoned Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D) Specialist and Project Manager with a robust background spanning over a decade in the ICT and Communications fields.

    Having dedicated 8 years to collaborating with nonprofits, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and social enterprises in South East Asia, Jesse focuses on enhancing their operational efficiency through the strategic application of ICTs.

    During his tenure as the Innovation Program Manager at the USAID-funded Development Innovations project, Jesse facilitated the design and implementation of ICT solutions worth $15 million, fostering development across civil society organizations and technology companies.

    By closely engaging with civil society organizations in Cambodia, Jesse streamlined ICT integration by aligning solutions with organizational requirements, thereby amplifying the efficacy of ICTs in program delivery.

    Employing a User-Centered Design methodology, Jesse developed bespoke training applications for NGOs, alongside crafting pioneering tools that optimize implementation processes while minimizing costs for NGO partners.

    In his role as the Founder and Director of Glean, Mr. Orndorff has spearheaded website and application development initiatives for various NGO collaborators, with an additional focus on delivering technology consulting services to esteemed international entities like The World Bank and UNICEF.

    Jesse's academic journey includes studies in Theology at the Bible College of Wales, a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Global University, and specialized coursework in Machine Learning from the University of Washington.
