Jesse Moquin

Jesse Moquin is a senior leader with over 15 years of experience in management consulting, analytics, and workforce planning. He is currently the Director of People Analytics at Allstate, where he has built and implemented a new Strategic Workforce Planning function that has helped drive better talent decisions, increased profitability, and improved culture.

Besides his experience at Allstate, Moquin has also worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Allstate and Principal Consultant at Neeley and Associates. He has worked as a Financial Analyst (MBA Intern) in the Airport Consulting Group at American Airlines.

Moquin studied his Master of Science at Northwestern University and completed his MBA at Texas Christian University. His Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration was offered by Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.

Moquin is known for his proficiency in managing teams, data analytics, workforce planning, and his talent for driving better results, change advocacy, and utilizing data insights to overcome challenges.
