Jesse Hershman

Jesse Hershman is a Partner at Park Square Executive Search, a global retained executive search firm that pioneers talent for organizations at the forefront of science and innovation in the life sciences, healthcare IT, and technology sectors. He specializes in executive-level searches for top-notch companies and institutions with a particular focus on the Board of Directors and C-Suite positions. With five years of experience building-up the company’s presence on the West Coast, he currently runs its Boston office. Prior to joining Park Square, Jesse worked as a Researcher at the leading global executive search firm J. Robert Scott, where he contributed to projects across technology, finance, life sciences, and higher education. Jesse received his baccalaureate degree from Brandeis University, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Economics. While studying, he was also the captain of Brandeis' Varsity Swimming and Diving team. Jesse likes traveling and exploring new places with his wife Kayla, participating in aquatic-based activities along with hiking and running. His affection for reading (U.S. History, in particular), baking, and catching up on the Celtics, makes him a well-rounded professional with a passion for intellectual development and athletic endeavors. As a former retail worker for a family business specializing in educational toys, he comes with extensive experience of delivering quality customer service to clients.
