Jesse Genet is the Vice President of Packaging at Narvar, a role she has held since December 2021 following Narvar's acquisition of Lumi, the packaging marketplace she co-founded. Before joining Narvar, Genet was the CEO of Lumi from its inception in January 2015 until the acquisition in December 2022. Under her leadership, Lumi became known for helping direct-to-consumer brands optimize their packaging strategies.12

Earlier in her career, Genet founded Inkodye, a company that developed a sunlight-activated fabric dye, which she led from January 2010 to December 2014. This venture included successful crowdfunding campaigns and significant retail distribution.1
