Jesse Cannoy has accumulated 25 years of extensive experience in public safety and emergency services, specializing in fire and arson investigation, law enforcement, homeland security, hazardous materials, and safety.

Throughout his career, Jesse has dedicated his efforts to community outreach by delivering fire prevention education and intervening in juvenile firesetter cases. Additionally, he has a successful track record of closing numerous criminal investigations, showcasing his problem-solving skills, case management abilities, and personnel management expertise.

Jesse pursued his education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lamar University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Science/Firefighting from El Paso Community College.

His professional journey includes roles such as an Engineering Technician/Indirect Fire Weapon Operator at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Civil Air Patrol member in the Maine Wing 58th Composite Squadron, a Bagpiper at Maine Public Safety Pipe & Drum Corps, TSO at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Firefighter/Investigator/Fire Prevention Specialist at El Paso Fire Department, Firefighter at Las Cruces Fire Department, and Fire Protection Specialist in the United States Air Force.
