Jessa Deutsch

Jessa Deutsch is a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group in San Francisco, specializing in assembling high-performing teams for impactful projects. With a background in investments, Jessa is committed to purpose-driven work.

Her educational journey includes a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College and additional studies in General Education at Macalester College.

Throughout her career, Jessa has held various roles at BCG, starting as an Associate and progressing to her current position as a Principal. She briefly pursued an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Beyond BCG, Jessa also has experience as a Research Analyst at The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A., and as a Co-Founder of a student organization supporting humanitarian efforts in Darfur.
