Jesper Sorensen is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the shipping and logistics industry. He obtained his education from Frederikshavn Gymnasium og HF, Maersk International Shipping Education, and the Danish Army Sergeant School.
Mr. Sorensen has held various key positions in renowned organizations, showcasing his leadership and expertise. He currently serves as the Senior Director, Region Asia Commercial at Hapag-Lloyd AG. Previously, he held the position of Senior Director, Trade Management Far East at the same company. Before his tenure at Hapag-Lloyd AG, Jesper was a Product Manager at CSAV, General Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and MISE Trainee at A.P. Moller - Maersk, and served as a Sergeant in the Danish Army.
