Jeshua Soh is a multi-talented individual known for his roles as an entrepreneur, filmmaker, learner, investor, and traveler.
At an early age, he started his journey in the media industry, serving as a media volunteer in his church and taking on freelance projects by the age of 15.
Despite dropping out of Junior College, Jeshua embarked on a successful career in media, eventually founding J Rental Centre in 2015, which has grown into Singapore's leading p2p platform for the media and events industry.
His involvement with startups began in 2016 with the establishment of Startupmedia, focusing on helping startups and the ecosystem share their stories, along with making angel investments.
In 2018, he launched Crossworks Myanmar, a company initially created to hire employees for his ventures, which evolved into assisting numerous companies in SG/Malaysia/USA in hiring and managing remote talent.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jeshua went on an extensive global journey, visiting over 55 countries across 5 continents.
He has since become a mentor and LP at Accelerating Asia and Decacorn Capital, delving into disruptive technology-led innovations.
Jeshua's passion lies in utilizing innovation to address global challenges and bridge the gap between talent and opportunity across borders.
Today, he focuses on Crossworks, aiming to create a supportive community that connects talent with international opportunities to combat brain drain.
In his spare time, Jeshua engages in consulting, media, and speaking engagements, continues his learning journey, and makes select angel investments through Common Cents.
